M. Sc. Management and Organisation Studies
If Alina Vogel were to summarize her work at the IÖW in three words, they would be “keeping an overview”. As personal advisor to the Scientific Director, she coordinates internal institute processes, for example in the area of organizational development, and works on strategic concepts. When it comes to topics such as gender equality, co-determination and health in the workplace, she contributes ideas from her studies in organizational sciences.
At the same time, Alina Vogel keeps an eye on current sustainability discourse and research policy developments. She regularly informs researchers about suitable acquisition opportunities.
